Questions couples ask us most
Can't find your answer here? Your first consultation is free, and there's no such thing as a silly question.
How far in advance should we book a planner?
For full planning, 12 to 18 months before the wedding gives you the best choice of venues and vendors. Partial planning works well from 6 to 9 months out, and day-of coordination can start as late as 8 weeks before.
Do you only plan weddings in Springfield?
Springfield and central Illinois are home, but we plan across the Midwest and travel for destination weddings. Travel costs are quoted up front with no hidden extras.
Can we use vendors we've already booked?
Of course. We'll add them to the plan and timeline and coordinate with them just like our own partners.
Do you take a commission from vendors?
No. We charge a flat planning fee, so our recommendations are based only on what's right for your wedding and budget.
What if our wedding date changes?
Your retainer moves with you. We'll help you rebook vendors and adjust the timeline at no extra planning cost, subject to our availability.
