How Filing Works

How Filing Works

Four Stages, No Guesswork

You always know which stage your file is on and what we are waiting for. Nothing is submitted until you have read the final pack.

1

Eligibility Call

Twenty minutes on the phone. We confirm the right category, the realistic timeline, and whether anything in your history needs explaining.

2

Document Pack

You get a written checklist made for your case, not a generic one. Upload as you go and we flag anything weak before it costs you.

3

Review & Submit

A second consultant reads the file cold. Forms are completed, fees are paid on your behalf if you prefer, and the appointment is booked.

4

Decision Support

Interview practice where required, tracking updates while it sits with the consulate, and help with next steps whichever way it lands.

Why People Stay With Us

Careful, Named, Accountable

Applications fail on small things: a bank statement three days out of date, a name spelled two ways, a letter missing a signature. Our whole job is catching those before a consulate does.

Meet The Team

Registered Consultants

Every file is handled by a named, registered adviser whose credentials you can verify before you sign anything.

Quoted Fees Only

The figure agreed on the call is the figure on the invoice. Consulate charges are listed separately at cost.

Live File Tracking

Log in to see which stage your application sits on, what we are waiting for, and who touched it last.

Refusal Cover

If a refusal comes down to an error we made, the resubmission is prepared and filed without a further service fee.

Common Questions

Asked On Nearly Every Call

If yours is not here, put it in the form below and a consultant will answer it directly rather than sending a brochure.

No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to the consulate. What we can do is make sure the file is complete, consistent and answers the questions a caseworker will actually ask, which is where most refusals come from.

A past refusal has to be declared, but it is not fatal. We read the refusal notice line by line, address each reason with evidence, and explain the change in circumstances in the cover letter. A large share of our approvals are second attempts.

Preparation usually takes one to three weeks depending on how quickly documents arrive. After that you are on the consulate clock, which varies by country and season. The country desk list gives typical windows.

Not for the paperwork. Everything can be handled by upload and video call. You will still need to attend biometrics or an interview in person where the destination requires it, and we book those appointments for you.

Originals stay with you unless a consulate demands them, in which case we log the handover in writing. Scans sit in an encrypted file that only your named consultant and the reviewer can open, and are deleted on request after the decision.

Yes. Renewals, status changes, dependant applications and residency steps are all handled by the same desk, and we send a reminder before your permission expires so nothing lapses by accident.

Start At Stage One

The eligibility call is free and takes twenty minutes. You leave it knowing the category, the timeline and the cost.
