No, and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to the consulate. What we can do is make sure the file is complete, consistent and answers the questions a caseworker will actually ask, which is where most refusals come from.
A past refusal has to be declared, but it is not fatal. We read the refusal notice line by line, address each reason with evidence, and explain the change in circumstances in the cover letter. A large share of our approvals are second attempts.
Preparation usually takes one to three weeks depending on how quickly documents arrive. After that you are on the consulate clock, which varies by country and season. The country desk list gives typical windows.
Not for the paperwork. Everything can be handled by upload and video call. You will still need to attend biometrics or an interview in person where the destination requires it, and we book those appointments for you.
Originals stay with you unless a consulate demands them, in which case we log the handover in writing. Scans sit in an encrypted file that only your named consultant and the reviewer can open, and are deleted on request after the decision.
