How we handle your documents
Scans of your passport, bank statements and supporting evidence sit in an encrypted file that only your named consultant and the reviewing consultant can open. Originals stay with you unless a consulate demands them, in which case the handover is logged in writing. On request we delete everything once a decision has been issued.
