We put up the first two buildings in 2008 with a gravel lane and one security light. There are eight buildings now, the lane is surfaced, and the south lot took its first caravan in 2014.
What has not changed is who sweeps the corridors. The manager still lives on site, still walks the rows twice a day, and still meets the occasional late removal truck at nine at night.
Most of our units are taken on a recommendation from someone already renting here. That only happens when the small things are right, so that is where we spend the time.
