Personal Care

Handled with the privacy and pace that keep dignity intact.

Personal Care

Personal care is the part families find hardest to ask for and hardest to give. We treat it as skilled work, because it is: how it is done decides whether someone feels cared for or handled.

What we help with

  • Bathing, showering and bed baths
  • Dressing, grooming, shaving and oral care
  • Toileting, continence support and discreet pad changes
  • Safe transfers, hoisting and repositioning to prevent pressure sores
  • Skin checks and early escalation when something looks wrong

How we protect dignity

Same caregiver wherever possible. Doors closed, curtains drawn, and never rushed because a schedule says so. If a preference matters — a particular soap, a particular order, being asked first — it goes in the written care plan and it is followed.
