About SWP Nursing

Skilled hands, familiar rooms, steady company

We began with one observation from a hospital corridor: most people mend faster in the chair they already like sitting in. So we built a nursing service that travels — wound care, medication rounds, mobility support and plain human company, delivered in the room where the photographs are.

Every nurse on our roster is state-licensed, background-checked and introduced to your family before a single visit is booked. If the match is not right, you say so and we send someone else. No paperwork, no awkwardness.

Our approach

Recovery should sound like your own kitchen

Ward routines are built for wards. We build ours around breakfast at seven, the crossword at ten and the dog that needs letting out. Clinical standards stay exactly where they should be — everything else bends to the household.

How It Works

Why families choose us

Care you can check on, not just trust

Four things we put in writing before you pay us anything.

You meet the nurse before you commit

Profiles, qualifications and an introduction visit come first. Agreement comes after.

One rate, written down, no add-ons

Mileage, night differentials and holiday loading are already in the number we quote you.

Notes after every single visit

Observations, medication given and anything that changed, sent to whoever in the family needs to know.

A human answers at three in the morning

Our out-of-hours line reaches a duty nurse, not a message service and not a queue.

How we work

Four steps from first call to first visit

Most families are matched with a nurse inside forty-eight hours. Urgent discharges move faster.

01

Talk it through

A twenty-minute call with a care advisor. No forms, no commitment, no sales script waiting at the end.

02

Home assessment

A registered nurse visits, reviews medication and mobility, and writes a care plan you approve in your own words.

03

Meet your nurse

You read the profile, then meet in person. If the fit is wrong, we introduce someone else without a fuss.

04

Care begins

Visits start on the agreed schedule. Notes land in your family inbox the same evening, every time.

Family stories

What families tell us afterwards

We ask every household the same question at the twelve-week mark: what would you change? These are the answers we were allowed to publish.
