How do I track my shipment?

Enter your container, bill of lading or booking number in the tracking box at the top of this page, or log in to the client portal for live updates and documents.

What is the difference between FCL and LCL?

FCL (full container load) means you book a whole container for your goods. LCL (less than container load) lets you share space with other shippers and pay only for the volume you use.

Do you handle customs clearance and duties?

Yes. Our licensed brokers prepare all import and export documents, calculate duties and taxes, and file with customs on your behalf.

How long does international shipping take?

Air freight typically takes 1–5 days. Ocean freight ranges from 12 to 40 days depending on the trade lane. Your quote always includes an estimated transit time.

Is my cargo insured during transit?

We offer all-risk cargo insurance up to $5 million per shipment. You can add it when booking or request it with your quote.
