Apiary Hive Tour

Suit up and step inside a working apiary with one of our beekeepers, then taste honey straight from the frame.

Two honey jars in a forest setting

There is nothing quite like the hum of a hive on a warm morning. On this tour, one of our beekeepers takes you into a working apiary, opens a hive and shows you how a colony lives, from the queen to the foragers coming home with pollen.

What you will do

After a short safety briefing you put on a full bee suit and walk to the hives. You will see brood frames, capped honey and — if we are lucky — the queen herself. Back at the honey house, you taste honey straight from the comb and compare it with two of our finished varieties.
