What does "raw" honey mean?
Our honey is extracted from the comb, strained through a fine mesh and jarred without being heated above hive temperature or finely filtered. That keeps the natural pollen, enzymes and full flavour intact.
My honey has gone solid. Is it spoiled?
No. Crystallisation is natural for raw honey and is a sign it hasn't been processed. Place the jar in warm water (not boiling) and stir gently until it turns liquid again.
How long does honey last?
Stored with the lid closed at room temperature, honey keeps for years. We print a best-before date two years from bottling, but the flavour stays good well beyond that.
Can children eat your honey?
Honey is safe for children over 12 months. It should not be given to babies under one year old.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship within 48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days, and orders over $45 ship free within the USA.
