Wildflower honey is what bees make when they are free to choose. Our hives sit beside unsprayed meadows full of clover, thistle, bramble and lime blossom, and every jar tastes of that summer’s flowers.
Cold-extracted and strained through a fine mesh, never heated or ultra-filtered, so the pollen, enzymes and aroma stay in the jar. Expect it to crystallise naturally within a few months — that is a sign it is raw.
