Description
A mother tincture is the starting material every potency is made from — undiluted, unpotentised plant extract. Ours is macerated from marigold flower heads and pressed in small batches, then bottled in amber glass with a glass dropper.
Because it is a mother tincture rather than a potentised remedy, it is dispensed by volume and used by the drop. The 100ml bottle works out considerably cheaper per millilitre than the 30ml, which is why most households that use it regularly buy the larger one.
