The first appointment is the long one. We take a full case: what is happening now, what came before it, what you have already tried, what makes it better and what makes it worse. Most of that hour and a quarter is you talking and us writing.
At the end we repertorise, choose a remedy and — where one is indicated and we hold it — make it up on the bench before you leave. If it needs a potency we do not hold, it goes in the post the same afternoon.
What to bring
- A list of anything you are currently taking, prescribed or otherwise.
- Dates, if you have them, for when the thing you are here about started.
- Any previous prescriptions from another practitioner.
Appointments run in the consulting room behind the shop, or over a video call if that is easier. Both cost the same.
