Delivery
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispensed and posted the same afternoon. Delivery is a flat rate below the free-delivery threshold and free above it, tracked either way. You will get a dispatch email with the tracking number the moment it leaves the shop.
Returns
Unopened vials and sealed bottles can come back to us within sixty days for a full refund, no explanation needed. Opened remedies cannot be resold, so we cannot take those back — but if something arrived wrong, damaged or not as described, tell us and we will put it right.
Checking a batch code
Every label carries a nine-character code. Read it to us and we can tell you the source material, the date it was made up and who was on the bench.
