I came in for a scooter and left with a cargo trike, which sounds like a bad sales story but it was the right call. They asked what I actually carry on a Saturday, and the answer was two kids and a week of groceries.
Everything the workshop does
Two certified technicians, a diagnostics bench and a parts wall stocked for every brand we sell. If we sold it, we can fix it.
-
Annual health check
Brake wear, spoke tension, torque check and a printed battery capacity report.
-
Battery diagnostics and rebuild
Cell-level testing on the bench. We rebuild the packs we can save and recycle the ones we cannot.
-
Roadside help line
Call the shop from wherever you stopped. If we cannot talk you through it, we come and collect.

Before you book
The questions the counter gets asked most when someone drops a bike in.
Ask a technicianYes, for every brand we are authorised on — fourteen of them — and for most others where the parts are obtainable. We will tell you at the counter if yours is one we cannot source for.
Most jobs go out the same day, because we hold the parts rather than ordering them. A pack rebuild is typically three working days.
For a health check, yes — the slots are forty-five minutes each. For a puncture or a brake adjustment, walk in.
Battery diagnostics are $45, and that comes off the rebuild price if you go ahead. General diagnosis is free.
Book the bench
Tell us the bike, the symptom and when suits you. A technician confirms the slot, usually within the hour.
