Expect 700 to 900 full cycles before capacity drops to about 80%. For a 14-mile daily commute on a 48V pack, that is roughly six years. We publish the cycle rating on every product page rather than burying it in a spec sheet.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Twenty-minute slots run every half hour on the Springfield loop, including a hill. Bring a photo ID; we supply the helmet.

Every model we stock carries an IPX4 rating or better, which covers rain and road spray. What it does not cover is pressure washing or standing water above the hub — two things that void most manufacturer warranties.

We ship to all 50 states, free over $600. Bikes leave 95% assembled with a torque wrench and a printed setup card in the box. Mopeds ship crated to a freight terminal for local pickup.

Thirty days from delivery, under 50 miles on the odometer, original packaging where possible. We refund in full less return freight. Accessories come back within 30 days unopened.
