Keyholding and alarm response explained

Keyholding means somebody other than your staff drives out at 3am. The officer clears the building, secures the point of entry, waits for a glazier if one is needed, and files a report before leaving. It is usually the cheapest line on a security contract and the one clients are most relieved to have.
