Sable Hour is the boat we send out when a party wants space without spectacle. Her aft deck seats twelve for lunch and still leaves room to move, and the shaded upper helm station means the captain is never far from the conversation.
Four cabins sleep eight, all with their own heads. The galley is run by a chef who provisions in Palma the morning you board, so the menu is written around what actually looked good at the market.
She holds a comfortable eighteen knots and is happiest on the Mallorca–Ibiza run, though we have taken her as far as Menorca on a settled week.
