How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, 12 to 18 months before your date is ideal. Day-of coordination can be booked as little as three months out, depending on availability.
Do you only work in Springfield?
Our studio is in Springfield, Illinois, but about a third of our weddings are destination celebrations. Travel is quoted transparently in your proposal.
Can we use our own vendors?
Of course. We'll happily work with vendors you've already booked and recommend trusted partners for anything still open.
What if our budget is smaller?
Tell us your number at the first call. We'll be honest about what it covers and help you spend it on the things that matter most to you.
How does payment work?
A 30% retainer secures your date, with the balance split into scheduled payments that finish one month before the wedding.
