Six years of Thursdays
SWP Webinar started as an internal habit: three colleagues, one shared screen, and a rule that nobody was allowed to open a slide deck. The rule survived. The audience grew. The format did not change.
We produce roughly forty live hours a year across six standing tracks. Each one is rehearsed twice, captioned live, and archived the same afternoon. Everything a guest hands out reaches attendees within the hour — no second form, no drip sequence.
How we choose guests
We do not chase headline names. We look for the person who fixed the thing last quarter and can still explain how, out loud, while somebody interrupts them with a better question. If that is you, the pitch form takes two paragraphs.
- Two full rehearsals before doors open on every broadcast
- Live captions and searchable transcripts on all sessions
- Worksheets and speaker notes delivered within the hour
- A producer on the support desk for the whole live window
