If your question is not here, a planner will answer it directly — usually the same working day.
Nothing is charged while the itinerary is still moving. A deposit is taken only once you approve the written plan, with the balance due six weeks before departure.
We hold everything from the moment you land — rooms, guides, transfers and entry fees. Long-haul flights stay in your name so you keep the airline relationship and any miles.
Yes. Roughly a third of travellers on group departures book alone, and we do not charge a single supplement on shoulder-season dates.
Every route carries at least one spare day. Your planner reworks the running order on the ground and confirms the change with you before anything moves.
It is not, and it is required. We send a checklist of what your policy must cover for the route you have chosen once the booking is confirmed.
