Is the AI consultant a doctor?
No. It helps you describe what is happening, asks clarifying questions and suggests a sensible next step. Diagnoses, prescriptions and treatment decisions always come from a licensed doctor.
How fast can I see a doctor?
Most video visits begin within four minutes. Members on a monthly plan are placed in a priority queue that averages under two minutes.
Can a doctor here prescribe medication?
Yes, where the law allows. Prescriptions go electronically to the pharmacy you choose. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed remotely and the doctor will tell you if that applies.
What happens to my data?
Records are encrypted at rest and in transit and are visible only to the doctors you choose. You can download or permanently delete your data from settings at any time.
Do you work with my insurance?
We partner with a growing list of insurers. Add your policy in settings and eligible visits are billed directly. Otherwise pay per visit and claim the receipt.
What if it is an emergency?
This service is not for emergencies. If the consultant detects red-flag symptoms it tells you to call your local emergency number immediately and shows the nearest emergency departments.
