SWPTelemedicine began with a stopwatch. We timed how long it took a person who felt unwell to reach someone qualified to help — and the answer, across every country we looked at, was measured in days. Today the median across our network is four minutes.
How the platform works
Our AI consultant does the listening a good triage nurse would do: it asks the clarifying questions, checks for red flags, and hands a clean summary to a licence-checked doctor before the video call connects. Nothing is diagnosed by a machine, and nothing is decided without you in the room.
What we hold ourselves to
- Every doctor’s registration is verified with their national medical council, and re-checked quarterly.
- Records are encrypted at rest and in transit, and visible only to the clinicians you choose.
- Published accuracy and wait-time figures are measured after real visits, and updated weekly.
- Emergencies are escalated, never triaged — red-flag symptoms send you straight to emergency services.
