What it costs
A loading bay needs heavier standards, extra ties and a designed deck, so it adds to the scaffold quote. On alternate floors of a nineteen-storey tower, that premium was recovered in the first fortnight of cladding deliveries.
Ask before the design is signed
Retro-fitting a loading bay means rebuilding a section of the structure. Bring the materials schedule to the survey and we will design it in.
