Tube and clamp is what we reach for the moment a building stops being rectangular. Curved facades, plant rooms, stairwells, bridges and anything with an obstruction in the wrong place: every joint is made on site, so the scaffold follows the structure instead of forcing the structure to suit the bays. Slower to erect than a system scaffold and worth every hour when the geometry is difficult.
