From Seed to Your Door

Here's what happens to a single head of lettuce between our greenhouse and your kitchen.

  1. Grower in a straw hat planting young vegetable seedlings

    Start

Seeds are started in our solar-heated greenhouse using organic potting mix we blend ourselves.

  2. Lush green plants growing in a greenhouse tunnel

    Grow

Seedlings move to the field after three weeks and are weeded by hand and tractor, never by herbicide.

  3. Farmer harvesting fresh organic vegetables in a green field

    Harvest

We pick between 5 and 9am, while plants are cool, then rinse and chill everything within the hour.

  4. Assortment of fresh tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers and lettuce

    Deliver

Boxes are packed by noon and delivered the same afternoon to homes, stores and restaurants.
