One truck, two crew, and whatever has been sitting in the garage since you moved in. We carry it out ourselves — you do not need to drag anything to the kerb first, and you do not need to dismantle anything.
The crew lead calls before turning onto your street, walks the job with you and confirms a flat price before touching a single item. That figure is based on the volume your load takes up in the truck, not on how long the job takes, so a slow flight of stairs never costs you more.
When the truck is loaded we sweep the space, take a photo of it and send that to you with the invoice. Everything then goes back to the depot to be separated before any of it reaches a tip.
