Sometimes there is only one thing in the way. A sofa that will not go down the stairs, a fridge that finally gave up, a mattress the council will not take without a fee and a three-week wait.
We collect single items for a flat fee, booked by the item rather than by the hour. Stairs, narrow doorways and awkward access are our problem, not yours — the crew brings straps and boards and expects to work for it.
Working appliances and furniture in reusable condition go to local donation partners rather than to a tip, and anything electrical is handled to WEEE rules. If you want the paperwork, we email the record the same evening.
