Anything you send with a reservation reaches the house itself, not a central inbox. A cot made up before you arrive, a dietary note in the kitchen, a car meeting the last train — all of it is read and acknowledged before your arrival day.

More Of What A Stay Should Include
Instant Confirmation
Availability is read straight from the property calendar the second you press book, so a room is never promised to two parties.
Groups & Long Stays
Block four rooms or thirty consecutive nights and the desk quotes one settled figure rather than stacking nightly totals.
Breakfast & Dining
Breakfast made in the house each morning, and a kitchen that will keep a plate back for a late arrival.
