Every house in the collection shares one booking calendar. When you press book, the room is held for you in the same instant it disappears from the search page — there is no queue, no provisional hold, and no email two hours later apologising.

More Of What A Stay Should Include
Groups & Long Stays
Block four rooms or thirty consecutive nights and the desk quotes one settled figure rather than stacking nightly totals.
Flexible Cancellation
Move or release a standard-rate booking up to forty-eight hours before arrival and nothing is charged to the card on file.
Concierge Requests
Cot, late arrival, dietary note or a car from the station: send it with the reservation and the house reads it before you land.
