For big changes like balayage, vivids or going lighter, yes. Consultations are free, take 15 minutes and include a patch test 48 hours before your colour appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the booked service.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Come with dry, brushed hair and a few inspiration photos. For colour, try not to wash your hair for a day beforehand.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome walk-ins for fringe trims and blowouts when a chair is free. For cuts and colour we recommend booking ahead, especially on weekends.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, free street parking is available on Maplewood Lane and there is a public lot one block away.
