Before the visit
You get an instant flat-rate price online and choose a date. We call within two business hours to confirm your slot and any access details or special requests.
On the day
Your cleaner arrives on time with all supplies and equipment, walks through priorities with you (if you are home) and follows our room-by-room checklist. You receive a text when they are on the way.
After the clean
You are charged only once the clean is complete. If anything is missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean it for free.
