- Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your visit.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the visit price.
- If our cleaner cannot access your home at the booked time, the full visit may be charged.
- Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled at any time — there is no contract.
