Before you sign
Most of the property problems we are asked to fix were visible in the paperwork before completion. A title and contract review typically takes three working days and costs a fraction of the dispute it prevents.
Deposits and evictions
For tenants, we recover wrongly withheld deposits and challenge improper notices. For landlords, we prepare notices that hold up, so possession is not lost on a technicality.
