What is your cancellation policy?
Most homes offer a full refund when you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. Each listing shows its exact policy before you pay.
What time are check-in and checkout?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout can be arranged when the calendar allows.
Are pets allowed?
Many of our homes welcome pets. Use the pet-friendly filter when searching, and let us know the size and number of pets when you book.
Do you offer discounts for longer stays?
Yes. Stays of 7 nights or more get a weekly rate, and stays of 28 nights or more get our monthly rate on most homes.
Is a security deposit required?
Some homes require a refundable deposit. It's released within 7 days of checkout once the home has been inspected.
