Frequently asked questions

Sizing, shipping, setups and returns. If your question is not here, give the shop a call.

What size deck should I buy?

Most adults ride 8.0" to 8.5". Go 7.75" to 8.0" for technical street skating and 8.25" or wider for transition, bowls and cruising. Bigger feet usually feel better on a wider deck.

Do you assemble completes for free?

Yes. Every complete and custom build is gripped, assembled and tuned by our shop crew at no extra cost, and ships within 48 hours.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 5 business days, and shipping is free on orders over $75.

Can I return gear I have not ridden?

Unridden gear in its original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Gripped decks count as ridden.

Which wheels are best for beginners?

For rough streets and cruising, pick softer 78A to 87A wheels. For skateparks and smooth concrete, harder 99A wheels around 52 to 54 mm are the usual choice.

Do you run beginner sessions?

Every Sunday morning our team runs a free beginner session at the local park. Boards and pads are available to borrow, and all ages are welcome.
