Units are rented month to month with a one-month minimum. To leave, give a week of notice, clear the unit and hand back the gate card. Part months are refunded pro rata.
Your rate
The rate you sign is held for twelve months. Any change after that comes with sixty days of notice in writing. There is no deposit and no admin fee.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the rate. Some home contents policies extend to goods in storage, so check yours first. If it does not, we can quote a separate policy at the counter.
