What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is until 12 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are free when available. Just ask when you book.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes. Every rate booked on our website includes a daily buffet and à la carte breakfast at Palm Café, served until 11 AM.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival. Package and peak-season rates may have different terms, which are shown before you pay.
Do you arrange airport transfers?
Private transfers are free for stays of 3 nights or more. For shorter stays we can arrange one for a small fee. Share your flight details after booking.
Are children and pets welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome, and kids under 12 stay free in their parents' room. Dogs are welcome in selected garden villas.
