Alderway Commons is a 128-home village laid out around a stand of mature oaks that pre-dates the parcel by two centuries. The street grid was drawn to keep every one of them, which cost us nine lots and bought the neighbourhood a canopy nobody has to wait fifteen years for.
Parkland, the greenway and the stormwater reserve were all delivered in phase one. Phase two lots are releasing this quarter; registered buyers see the plan and the price list first.
