This privacy policy explains what SWPMarathon collects when you register for a race, volunteer or send us a message, and how we look after it.
What we collect
Your name, contact details, date of birth (for age categories), emergency contact and any medical notes you choose to share with the race medical team. Chip-timing results are published with your name and bib number.
Your rights
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time by emailing the race office. We never sell runner data.
