No. Care plans run visit to visit. You can pause, skip or cancel with one week's notice, and you're only billed for completed visits.

No. As long as we can reach the yard and gates are unlocked, our crew can work while you're out. We text you a photo when each visit is complete.

We reschedule to the next dry day and let you know by text. Mowing wet grass damages the lawn, so we'd rather wait a day than do it badly.

We use organic and low-toxicity products wherever possible and always tell you when an area should be kept clear, usually just a few hours.

Most garden beds take one to three days. Patios and retaining walls usually take one to two weeks, depending on size and weather.

We invoice by email after each visit or monthly, whichever you prefer. You can pay by card, bank transfer or check.
