These terms apply to every service booked by phone, by email or through this website.
Quotes and prices
Prices on this website are typical starting prices. Your exact price is quoted on the phone and confirmed on site before any work begins. Night, weekend and holiday visits carry a flat surcharge, which we tell you upfront.
Proof of ownership
Before opening a home, vehicle or safe we check a photo ID with a matching address, a lease or a vehicle registration. We may refuse a job if ownership cannot be shown.
Warranty
Hardware we supply and install carries a 12-month parts and labor warranty from the date of installation.
