Duct Cleaning

Camera survey first, static pressure re-tested after.

Duct cleaning is often sold as a vacuum-and-go. It should not be. We survey the run with a camera first, because a system that is not moving air usually has a mechanical problem — a crushed flex run, an open joint into the attic, an undersized return — that no amount of cleaning fixes.

What changes afterwards

We seal the joints properly, replace collapsed sections, clean the registers and returns, and re-test static pressure so you can see the difference in numbers rather than adjectives. If the survey shows the ductwork is fine, we say so and charge you for the survey alone.

  • Camera survey before any work
  • Leaky joints sealed, not taped
  • Collapsed flex runs replaced
  • Before-and-after static pressure
  • Registers and returns cleaned
