Ventilation Work

Fresh air for houses sealed tight in a retrofit.

Tightening a house is good for the heating bill and hard on the air inside it. If your home was air-sealed or re-windowed and now feels stuffy, holds smells, or fogs its windows in winter, it needs planned ventilation rather than a cracked window.

What we fit

Balanced supply-and-extract systems, ERVs and HRVs sized on your floor area and occupancy, and proper bathroom and kitchen extract that actually reaches outside. Every install is commissioned with measured airflow at each terminal, not assumed from the fan’s data sheet.

  • Blower-door informed design
  • Balanced supply and extract
  • ERV and HRV options priced
  • Bathroom and kitchen extract upgrades
  • Commissioned airflow readings
