Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. Most of our skincare is dermatologist tested and fragrance-free. Look for the “Sensitive Safe” tag on product pages, and always patch test a new product on your inner arm first.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Every product we sell is cruelty-free. Many are also vegan – you can filter for vegan items in the shop to see the full list.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, and orders over $50 ship free.
Can I return a product I've already opened?
Yes. If a product doesn't suit your skin, you can return it within 30 days of delivery – even if it's been opened – for a refund or exchange.
How do I find my foundation shade online?
Take our free shade quiz or email us a photo in natural daylight. Our team will reply with two or three shades to try.
