SWP Car Wash started with one pressure washer, two buckets and a simple rule: wash every car as if it were our own. Today our Springfield bay handles everything from daily commuters to weekend show cars, and that rule hasn't changed.

Do I need to book, or can I just drive in?

Both work. Walk-ins are served as bays open up, but booking guarantees your time slot, especially on weekends and after rain or snow.

Is a hand wash really safer than an automatic tunnel?

Yes. Tunnel brushes collect grit from every car before yours and drag it across your paint. Our foam pre-soak and two-bucket method keep dirt away from the clear coat, which prevents swirl marks.

How long does each package take?

Express takes about 25 minutes, Premium Shine about 45 minutes and a Full Detail around 3 to 4 hours. We'll confirm the exact time when you arrive.

Can I wait while my car is washed?

Of course. Our lounge has free Wi-Fi, coffee and a view of the wash bay so you can watch the work being done.

Are your soaps safe for ceramic coatings and wraps?

All our shampoos are pH-neutral and free of harsh degreasers, so they're safe for ceramic coatings, vinyl wraps, PPF and matte paint.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

Point it out before you leave, or within 24 hours, and we'll re-wash the area free of charge. No arguments.
