Real Drivers, Real Repairs
We reply to every review personally. Here's what Springfield drivers said this month.
Two garages wanted to replace my transmission. SWP found a $40 sensor fault instead. I won't go anywhere else.
They texted photos of my worn pads before touching anything. Fair price, done by lunch, and it stops like new.
Six delivery vans go through SWP. Downtime is low and every invoice is clear and easy to approve.
Car died at 7 AM. They towed it in, replaced the battery and had me at work by ten. Lifesavers.
AC had been blowing warm for two summers. They found a leaking seal, fixed it the same afternoon and it is ice cold now.
Booked online at 8, collected from my office at 9 and dropped back washed before 5. No upsell, exactly the quoted price.
