Can I test drive a car without an appointment?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome during opening hours. Booking ahead guarantees the car is washed, fuelled and waiting for you, and that a team member is free to answer questions.
What does the 7-day money-back guarantee cover?
If the car isn't right for you, return it within 7 days and 300 miles in the same condition for a full refund of the purchase price. No questions asked.
Do you offer financing for bad or no credit?
We work with several lenders who specialise in first-time buyers and rebuilding credit. Pre-approval uses a soft check, so it won't affect your credit score.
What documents do I need to buy a car?
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance and, if you're financing, a recent pay stub and proof of address. We'll send you a checklist when you book.
Can I trade in a car I still owe money on?
Yes. We contact your lender, pay off the remaining balance and apply any positive equity to your next car or pay it to you directly.
Do you deliver outside Springfield?
We offer free delivery within 50 miles and nationwide delivery at a flat rate. Ask us for a quote when you reserve your car.
