A cheap cleaning kit and a quarter hour will bring them back to life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What you need<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A bearing cleaning kit or a jar with lid<\/li><li>Citrus cleaner or isopropyl alcohol<\/li><li>Speed cream or light bearing oil<\/li><li>A skate tool<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pop the bearings out with your truck axle, remove the shields, soak and shake them for a few minutes, then let them dry completely.
