You learn at your own pace in groups of four, and every skill is practised until it feels natural.<\/p>\n<h2>What you will learn<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Dive planning, buddy checks and hand signals<\/li>\n<li>Buoyancy control, trim and efficient finning<\/li>\n<li>Mask, regulator and air-sharing skills<\/li>\n<li>Reading dive conditions and using a dive computer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>How the course runs<\/h2>\n<p>Day one covers theory and confined-water skills.
